Breakfast in Bed

I have had a nasty cold this week, so yesterday Matt brought me breakfast in bed!

What's this talk about looking like you ate a 12 boxes of donuts.... You don't even look prego!!! We are ALL sick here so nobody is getting breakfast in bed. I wish I could stay in bed!!!

How nice! I hope you're feeling better!

I just workout however much I feel comfortable. I've had to gradually decrease the intensity. And of course, no ab work, unfortunately! But I still lift weights, spin, yoga, and do the eliptical. I was running, but that became painful. With my last pregnancy I was able to keep running right up to the end though, so I'd just do whatever feels most comfortable. Don't do anything that keeps you on your back though. And make sure you're in a well-ventilated area and don't get to hot.

And I will definitely be needing advice when training time rolls around! Thanks!
