Healthified Pumpkin Chocolate-Chip Bread

I made this last night, and it is SO GOOD! So I thought I'd share. Now I just have to restrain myself from eating it all...that would defeat the healthified purpose. Ha!

1 3/4 C whole wheat flour
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C Splenda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 small can of pumpkin (I think it's the 16 oz. size?)
1/2 C skim milk
1 egg
1/8 C oil
1/8 C applesauce
chocolate chips

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 3 mini loaves.
